Pricing

All pricing is for an academic year subscription ending on September 30. Discounts are available for schools beginning their subscriptions January 1 – May 31. Subscriptions purchased after May 31 will expire on September 30 of the following year.

$1200 per year

  • Dedicated database branded with banner logo and custom color scheme
  • Data upload of organization-provided spreadsheets* (students, parents/guardians, staff, PTA/CSC members, and calendar entries).
  • Student records linked to parent/guardian, teacher, and sibling records for easy lookups
  • Opt-Out (all contact information visible by default) or Opt-In (all contact information hidden by default) or a mix (e.g. only name and email visible)
  • Membership, sponsorship, and direct giving fundraisers included
  • Product catalog included
  • Administrative accounts for adding/editing/deleting user records and managing fundraisers
    *Student and parent/guardian information can be obtained from the school for the most comprehensive directory, or School Directory Services can provide a limited-time website for parents to opt into the directory. Data will be uploaded at the end of the opt-in window. Directory administrators can add families at a later date. Parents must have a directory entry (even if all information is hidden) in order to access the directory.

Product Catalog

Included
Simplify your item sales and fee collections with a Product Catalog integrated in your online directory. Your fundraising administrators will be able to add or retire individual products throughout the year as necessary and track what items have been purchased and by whom. Use this feature to collect the school technology fee or field trip fees, sell yearbooks or tickets to the school play, or register families for the school fun run. There is no limit to the number of items you can have in your catalog. Users can add items to a cart one at a time, then pay for all items in one transaction. Parents can select one of their connected students from a drop-down list for delivery of an item such as a yearbook or to indicate which student has paid a fee. All payments are made directly to your organization’s PayPal or Stripe account with a note identifying the transaction as a catalog purchase.

Custom Fundraisers and Registrations

Prices start at $50
Give your families the convenience of one-stop shopping and make life easier for your organization’s treasurer by moving your fundraisers and registrations into your online directory. If you have a more complex sales or registration need, we can build a custom solution for your school. Additional fundraisers are billed as a flat fee for the setup and all payments are made directly to your organization’s PayPal or Stripe account with a custom note identifying the source of the transaction. The administrative portal will contain a separate tab for each custom fundraiser. There are no hidden fees and the cost is not based on your sales volume. Discounts

Directory Renewal: $200 discount on ClassList.Online directories renewed before October 1.
Early Bird: $50 discount for subscription payments in full by September 15
Mid-Year Customers: $400 discount for organizations creating new directories between January 1 and May 31. New directories created January 1 – May 31 will expire on September 30 of the same year. No discount will be given for new directories created June 1 or later, but the directory will not expire until September 30 of the following year.

Delinquent Accounts

All renewal payments are due by September 30. Accounts that remain unpaid on October 1 will be considered delinquent. Payments are considered received when an electronic payment has been made or a check has been delivered by the post office. Checks will be considered received on time regardless of the delivery date if a postal tracking number is provided to School Directory Services LLC by September 29.
A $100 late fee will be applied to any account that has submitted an intent to renew and fundraising will be suspended until the account is paid. Access to the directory will not be interrupted as long as the account is paid in full by October 31. Accounts with an unpaid balance on November 1 will be taken offline and are no longer eligible for renewal discounts.
Accounts that have not submitted an intent to renew and remain unpaid on October 1 will be taken offline and are no longer eligible for renewal discounts.
Accounts that have been taken offline will be archived through December 31 and will be restored upon full payment of the account.

Payments for new accounts are due within 15 days. New directories can be previewed by administrators prior to payment, but will not be available to your organization’s members until payment is received.
